eBioTools

There is a discussion on MacResearch giving a solution to problems running eBioTools.

eBioTools
eBioTools is a collection of more than 300 open source bioinformatics programs. Now provided as a Universal binary.

eBioX
eBioX makes it simple to use the powerful eBioTools by presenting it through a friendly graphical interface. The new version adds database support and more.

BTW, the installer is broken and doesn't set permissions correctly. I suggest you open in finder the /usr folder and get info of ebiotools folder. Then change permissions so that it is readable from everybody, apply on enclosed items and then it works
