Macs in Chemistry

Insanely Great Science

Developers needed

Just noticed this opportunity on MacResearch.

Entagen (www.entagen.com) is a biotechnology company that provides computational analysis, development and consulting services to biomedical R&D organizations. We are based in the Boston area and work with clients internationally. Currently we are spec-ing a project related to the use of the novel technologies in Snow Leopard (including OpenCL and Grand Central) on Nehalem-based Mac Pros to build a Cocoa/Objective C-based large-scale data analysis and visualization application for scientific numerical and image data.
We are looking for Cocoa/Objective C developers interested in being part of the team to develop this software. A deep knowledge of image data analysis, numerical data analysis, visualization methods and advanced user interface design in Cocoa/Objective C is critical to this project. An understanding of basic biological and chemistry concepts is preferable.
If you have interest in hearing more about this project, please contact Entagen (include a cover letter and CV as attachments) at jobs@entagen.com.
